Many of you experienced a critical issue after our maintenance on 11/30, which caused several of your items and Gold sent through Mail and Auction Hall transactions to be lost. We have been actively investigating this issue since it was first discovered internally and have been working on bringing you a resolution, and returning all items lost this way back to their proper owners.

We are happy to announce that this issue has been fully resolved, and we are aware of the great number of you who were affected by this critical issue. All of you who lost items and/or Gold this way will be receiving the items and Gold back to your account, over the course of the next few days. Please allow for up to 2 to 3 days for all missing items and Gold to be returned.
